I'm not feeling too creative. How can I get the most from this?
I know the world is feeling pretty heavy right now. But trust me, a little bit of creative energy will go a long way in boosting your spirits.
I recommend grabbing your favorite pen (or colored pencils or crayons if you have them laying around) and starting with the workbook.
Start with your breath – a 4-count inhale, and a 6-count exhale. Then, work through the prompts in 5-10 minute intervals. Check in with yourself, and an make a choice to continue or save the next step for another day. There is no rush... you have all of 2026 to work with the Fire Horse energy.
The two meditative journeys–Farewell to Your Wood Snake and Hello, Beautiful Fire Horse–can be done on their own at any time. They're designed to be mini-boosts whenever you need them.
