Here's a way to energize your creativity practice, flow with imaginative inspiration, and kindle your joy.

Join us for the “Take Your Seat and Create”  2-hour virtual co-working sessions

3rd Thursday of each month*

4 p.m. to  6 p.m. Europe/Barcelona (default time)*

* Default time for all co-working calls is Barcelona/Europe.

Note that the spring and fall start times (usually in March and October) may shift depending on when Europe changes clocks and when other parts of the world change clocks. Please check your time zone.

There are no co-working sessions in July or August.

This is for you if you:

  • Crave a chunk of time to create for the sake of creating

  • Have an individual project that needs a dedicated amount of time to work on

  • Want to be with others while you swirl in your own inventiveness

  • Desire to add your brush strokes to life’s constantly changing masterpiece in small but pleasurable increments of time

  • Like the equally satisfying feelings of accountability and accomplishment

  • Need a couple hours to sit down and get stuff done

What happens in these sessions?

Think of these sessions as creativity intervals with a cohort of fellow Joy Journeyers. You'll have about 100 minutes to create whatever matters most to you.

It looks like this:

  • We move a little bit, shaking out whatever happened earlier in the day.

  • We check-in and state our intentions for the day’s burst of creativity.

  • We pull an oracle card.

  • We meditate a little bit. 

  • We have a block of creative flow for 40 to 45 minutes. 

  • We pause, stretch, give our eyes a break, and reconnect to our intention.

  • We have another blocks of creative flow for about 40-45 minutes

  • We do a final 10 minute sprint.

  • We reconvene as a group and celebrate whatever came into form during our time together.

Make a playdate with yourself.

Bring your own project - anything that boosts your creative chutzpah -  and we'll hold space together in the Zoom room.

Creativity intervals are my daily dose of mindfulness and bliss. I move a little bit. I meditate a little bit. I make a little bit. Then, I carry on with my day with a calmer mind, a peaceful heart and a smile on my face.
