This is for you if you:
Crave a chunk of time to create for the sake of creating
Have an individual project that needs a dedicated amount of time to work on
Want to be with others while you swirl in your own inventiveness
Desire to add your brush strokes to life’s constantly changing masterpiece in small but pleasurable increments of time
Like the equally satisfying feelings of accountability and accomplishment
Need a couple hours to sit down and get stuff done
What happens in these sessions?
Think of these sessions as creativity intervals with a cohort of fellow Joy Journeyers.
It looks like this:
We move a little bit, shaking out whatever happened earlier in the day.
We meditate a little, dropping in to listen for a soul-heart-body-mind-aligned creative intention.
We pull an oracle card.
We move into 35-40 minute blocks of creative flow.
We pause, stretch, give our eyes a break, and reconnect to our intention.
We have another block of creative flow.
We do a final sprint filled with creative chutzpah.
We reconvene as a group and celebrate whatever came into form during our time together.
Light-hearted movement and mindful pauses boosts oxytocin and endorphins—lowering cortisol and helping you feel grounded, at ease, and open to expression.
Timed creative intervals release dopamine and norepinephrine—enhancing clarity, drive, and the satisfaction of getting things done.
A safe, nonjudgmental container quiets the prefrontal cortex and invites flow—where self-doubt softens, ideas come easier, and time feels expansive
Completing meaningful work in a collaborative community increases serotonin, leaving you with a lasting sense of accomplishment and well-being.
